The Australiana Society has two accessible membership levels (Household Membership and Organisation Membership). These levels are referred to in the software program used by the Society to manage the Society’s membership, membership renewals, events and news as “Bundled Memberships”.

These Bundle Memberships entitle, with one membership, two people from the same household or organisation full membership of the Society. This is an optional benefit, it is not necessary to add a member to your bundle.

The first member is known in the system as the Bundle coordinator and the second member in the membership bundle is known as the Bundle member. Bundle members all share the same membership renewal date. The bundle is charged one membership fee which is paid for by the bundle coordinator.

The Bundle coordinator is the primary member and is responsible for membership renewal, invoices and payments and access to the bundle. Only the Bundle coordinator receives emails and reminders about membership and membership renewal. Unless changed in the Member’s Profile the Bundle coordinator receives all other emails as well.

The Bundle member has an independent membership and can access the Society’s Membership Portal. However, continued membership is dependent on the membership status of the Bundle coordinator. The Bundle member, unless changed in the Members Profile receives all emails except those pertaining to membership.

To add a second member to your bundle, go the Society’s Membership Portal, log into your profile and add the second member to your bundle.

If at anytime you would like to change or remove the second member of your bundle, please email ITHelp@australiana.org.au with details of  your requirements.
